Job Summary
Oversee restaurant shift operations and assist the management team to ensure guest satisfaction. Lead and supervise shift staff to uphold service and quality standards, manage shift activities and staffing, and ensure adherence to safety and operating procedures. Requires 6 months to 1 year of supervisor or shift-leader experience and is intended for a candidate who is at least 21 years old and eligible to work in the United States. Strong leadership, customer service, and teamwork skills are essential.
