Job Summary
Manage a small team of operatives to deliver day-to-day requirements of the warehouse pick and pack operation, overseeing productivity, costs, and process accuracy while championing service levels. Follow and promote all policies and procedures, including HR, Health and Safety, Quality, and Housekeeping, ensuring training requirements are met. Conduct comprehensive reporting and analyze data to drive improvement activities. Maintain vigilance against unscrupulous activity and take swift action when required. Requires experience in logistics operations with proven people management skills, strong communication abilities, and a full UK driving licence. Full-time role across all shift patterns with competitive benefits including holiday trading, free parking, and pension contributions.
