Job Summary
Shift Manager responsible for administering and directing personnel and activities under the General Manager on a casino shift. Manages, trains, and assesses team members; models professional conduct; ensures adherence to policies, procedures, and gaming regulations; monitors performance across departments; maintains health and safety standards for employees and guests; delivers exceptional customer service; resolves issues with employees and patrons; maintains knowledge of Pawnee Tribal Gaming Commission rules; requires strong supervisory skills, reliable attendance, and the ability to lead a team during assigned shifts.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associates degree preferred
- Demonstrated leadership experience preferred
- Previous gaming supervisory or gaming management experience of at least one year preferred
