Job Summary
Oversee daily restaurant operations during assigned shift, manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, monitor inventory levels and order supplies, maintain a clean and organized work environment, train new employees and provide ongoing training for current staff, ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently, and perform other duties as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a supervisory role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
