Job Summary
Shift Manager responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations during the assigned shift, supervising staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, monitoring inventory, training employees, ensuring policy compliance, handling cash and card transactions, and performing duties as assigned by management. Requires supervisory experience, strong communication, organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, flexibility for evenings/weekends, and physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
