Shift Manager

Oversee daily restaurant operations during the assigned shift, supervise staff, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing and supervising staff, resolving customer issues, monitoring inventory and ordering supplies, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, training new and current employees, enforcing company policies and procedures, handling cash and credit card transactions accurately, and performing other duties as assigned by management. Requires high school diploma or equivalent and prior supervisory experience, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong organizational and time management skills, availability for evenings and weekends, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
