Job Summary
Oversee daily restaurant operations during shift, supervise staff, ensure customer satisfaction, monitor inventory and order supplies, train new employees and provide ongoing training, enforce company policies and procedures, handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, maintain a clean and organized work environment, and perform other duties as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous supervisory experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
