Job Summary
Shift Manager oversees daily restaurant operations during the assigned shift, manages staff, ensures customer satisfaction, and maintains a clean/organized work environment. Responsibilities include supervising staff, resolving customer issues, monitoring inventory and ordering supplies, training employees, ensuring policy compliance, handling cash and card transactions accurately, and performing other duties as assigned. Required qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, supervisory experience, strong communication/interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, excellent organizational/time management skills, flexibility to work evenings and weekends, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
