Job Summary
Oversee daily restaurant operations during the assigned shift, supervise staff, ensure customer satisfaction, monitor inventory and ordering, train employees, ensure compliance with policies, and handle cash/credit transactions. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, prior supervisory experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, excellent organizational and time-management abilities, flexible availability including evenings and weekends, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
