Job Summary
Plan shifts, open and close the restaurant, and verify compliance with all safety, sanitation, and health protocols. Resolve operational problems as they arise, handle customer complaints, and assist the General Manager with staffing, inventory logging, and labor controllables. Coach and lead the crew without supervision while delivering operational and technical training. Maintain a positive, energetic teamwork atmosphere and ensure overall cleanliness and safety standards across food preparation and cooking services. Fluent in English and Spanish with flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Fluent in English & Spanish
- Ability to lift and push 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must follow the company Personal Care and Hygiene policies
- Must be able to produce authorized U.S. work documents
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in similar roles or with customer experience
- Food Handlers Card/ ServSafe Certification
- Ability to work with computers
