Job Summary
Plan duties and responsibilities for each shift while verifying compliance with procedures and protocols. Coach and lead a team without supervision, attending to operational problems as they arise. Open and close the restaurant, manage staffing needs, and assist with inventory logging. Handle customer complaints to ensure satisfaction, maintain sanitation and safety standards, and apply a continuous improvement mindset to processes. Assist the General Manager with controllables and labor oversight.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of experience in similar roles or with customer experience
- Demonstrates strong leadership potential by actively supporting team dynamics
- Committed to guest satisfaction, upholding a guest-first mindset in all interactions
- Fluent in English & Spanish
- Ability to work with computers
- Must follow the company Personal Care and Hygiene policies
- Ability to lift and push 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must have excellent interpersonal communication skills to work with others
- Sense of urgency
- Attention to details
- Proactively help where it is most needed in the restaurant
