Job Summary
Plan shift duties, verify compliance with procedures and protocols, and resolve operational problems as they arise. Coach and lead a team with no supervision while providing operational and technical training to employees. Open and close the restaurant, manage inventory logging, and assist with staffing needs, controllables, and labor. Handle customer complaints to maintain satisfaction and uphold sanitation, health, and safety standards across food preparation and cooking services. Follow all safety rules, policies, and procedures while maintaining a positive, energetic atmosphere of teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of experience in similar roles or with customer experience
- Demonstrates strong leadership potential by actively supporting team dynamics
- Committed to guest satisfaction, upholding a guest-first mindset in all interactions
- Fluent in English & Spanish
- Ability to work with computers
- Must follow the company Personal Care and Hygiene policies
- Ability to lift and push 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must have excellent interpersonal communication skills to work with others
- Sense of urgency
- Attention to details
- Proactively help where it is most needed in the restaurant
