Job Summary
Plan duties and responsibilities for each shift while verifying compliance of procedures and protocols. Coach and lead a team with no supervision, attending to operational and technical training of employees. Resolve problems as they appear in the restaurant operation, handle customer complaints, and verify customer satisfaction. Open and close the restaurant, assist with inventory logging, staffing needs, controllables, and labor. Maintain overall sanitation, health, cleanliness, and safety standards for food preparation areas, cooking services, and dishes. Follow all safety rules, policies, and procedures. Work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of experience in similar roles or with customer experience
- Demonstrates strong leadership potential by actively supporting team dynamics
- Committed to guest satisfaction, upholding a guest-first mindset in all interactions
- Fluent in English & Spanish
- Ability to work with computers
- Ability to lift and push 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must have excellent interpersonal communication skills to work with others
- Sense of urgency
- Attention to details
- Proactively help where it is most needed in the restaurant
