Job Summary
Oversee store operations by driving a customer-focused culture, resolving issues, and training team members to meet service standards. Verify food quality, ensure workplace safety, and maintain strict food safety requirements through direct observation. Organize employee schedules, promote cross-training, and administer corrective action for policy violations. Analyze sales, labor, and inventory data to maintain cost expectations and achieve margin targets. Complete regular inventories, manage product availability, and coordinate all operational phases through direction and follow-up. Adhere to cash handling procedures, attend staff meetings, and anticipate opening or closing shifts. Maintain communication with General and District Managers while performing any assigned tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21+ years of age at locations that serve alcohol
- Must be at least 18+ years of age at locations that do not serve alcohol
- Maintain a valid driver's license
- Maintain proof of auto insurance
- Acceptable driving record
- Reliable vehicle for going to the bank, picking up product, or delivering occasionally
- Able to maintain a liquor license and any other required permits
- Must have within the first 30 days of employment
- ATC Server Training Class within the first 90 days
- Valid Indiana Employee Alcohol Permit
- Valid ATC Server Training Certificate
- Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant operations, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficient level knowledge of Google software applications
- Able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
- Able to be on your feet for extended periods of time
- Attendance at work is required
