Job Summary
Shift Manager at Pizza Ranch is expected to be a positive leader during each shift, trained to be an expert in front and/or back-of-house operations, and play a key role in training and developing staff while maintaining high standards. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced setting
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Ability to be mobile and/or on your feet for extended periods of time during the entire shift
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and guest service skills
- Strong people skills
- Completed the Certified Trainer program on Pizza Ranch University
