Job Summary
Shift Manager at Pizza Ranch leads and trains restaurant staff across front- and back-of-house operations, ensuring high standards for food quality, buffet presentation, and guest service. You’ll train and develop team members, enforce checklists, manage inventory and supplies, and help drive cost control and profitability while creating a legendary guest experience. The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, guest-focused service, and maintaining a positive, collaborative team culture in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced setting
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Ability to be mobile and/or on your feet for extended periods of time during the entire shift
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and guest service skills
- Strong people skills
- Completed the Certified Trainer program on Pizza Ranch University
