Job Summary
Manage the full site warehouse operations at Pattern's UK facility, overseeing scheduling of goods receipts, storage, and dispatch volumes while maintaining safety and efficiency standards. Drive budgetary and P&L responsibility by negotiating with key resource suppliers to flex team capacity against seasonal demands and continuously source consumable providers for cost optimization. Build and lead a high-performing FTE team, set service level agreements, and track KPIs while collaborating with Merchandise Planning on forecasted volumes and shipping priorities. Implement Lean Six Sigma methods to support operational excellence and continuous improvements aligned with commercial objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience (5+ years) in warehouse, distribution, or supply chain management, including full site P&L responsibility
- Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to recruit, develop, and manage high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment
- Solid financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and vendor negotiations
- Excellent working knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), logistics software, and best practices
- Strong understanding of and background in Lean Six Sigma methods
- Effective communicator with strong organizational and analytical skills
- Fluent in English
