Job Summary
Shift Manager/Leader needed to oversee high-energy, high-volume fast-food stand in San Antonio, TX. Responsibilities include setting up the stand, stocking stations, ordering, inventory, cash handling and deposits, ensuring food safety and cleanliness, closing down, and supervising the stand in the GM's absence. Lead a team to deliver exceptional guest service, maintain a positive atmosphere, and support both BOH and FOH operations. Role requires promoting teamwork, handling 6-8 hour shifts (day and/or night), and physical ability to lift 35-50 lbs. Required Qualifications
- 1 year of restaurant experience
- Ability to lift 35-50lbs
