Job Summary
Lead Team Members during assigned shifts as an Hourly Shift Coordinator at Burger King to deliver accurate, fast, friendly service in a clean environment; coach in the moment, solve problems quickly, and keep the team energized, motivated, and accountable. Execute shift plans under the direction of the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager, uphold BK standards, direct workflow, and step in where needed. Support profitability through cash-controls, inventory management, and truck orders. Requires 18+ and a High School Diploma or GED preferred, with experience in restaurants, retail, or other fast-paced settings; strong communication, people-first attitude, and ability to motivate others during busy shifts.
