Job Summary
Lead the shift as Shift Manager - NY for Burger King, guiding Team Members to deliver accurate, fast, friendly service in a clean environment. Coach and motivate the crew, provide in-the-moment feedback, and ensure adherence to BK standards while managing shift execution, workflow, and guest experience. Drive profitability through cash-control procedures, inventory management, and receiving truck orders. Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
