Job Summary
Lead the hourly shift as Shift Manager under supervision of the RGM/AM, directing Team Members to deliver accurate, fast, friendly service in a clean environment. Coach and motivate the crew, execute the shift plan, uphold BK standards, manage cash control, inventory, and truck orders, and drive friendly guest experiences. Requires strong communication, leadership mindset, and problem-solving during busy shifts; supports development and growth into higher‐level roles in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Experience in restaurants, retail, or another fast-paced environment
- A people-first attitude with strong communication skills
- Ability to motivate others and solve problems confidently during busy shifts
- Commitment to great guest experiences, BK standards, and learning new responsibilities
