Job Summary
Lead shift operations and be the on-shift leader for BK Hourly Shift Coordinators. Drive smooth operation, coach Team Members, ensure food quality, service speed, cleanliness, and safety, and uphold BK standards. Responsibilities include guiding the team to deliver fast, friendly service, providing real-time feedback and development, directing workflow during shifts, managing cash control, inventory, and truck orders, and contributing to profitability. Ideal candidates are at least 18, have a high school diploma or GED (preferred), have experience in fast-paced environments, excel at communication, and are ready for entry-level leadership growth with weekly pay, benefits eligibility, and opportunities for advancement.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Experience in restaurants, retail, or another fast-paced environment
- A people-first attitude with strong communication skills
- Ability to motivate others and solve problems confidently during busy shifts
