Job Summary
Lead Team Members during assigned shifts to deliver accurate, fast, friendly service in a clean environment and ensure BK standards are met. Coach and motivate the crew, communicate effectively, and uphold food quality, service speed, cleanliness, and safety while executing the shift plan under supervision. Role targets guest experiences and operational profitability, with opportunities to grow into Hourly Shift Coordinator and beyond. Must be 18+, with HS diploma or GED preferred, and have experience in fast-paced environments; strong leadership and people-skills emphasized.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Experience in restaurants, retail, or another fast-paced environment
- A people-first attitude with strong communication skills
- Ability to motivate others and solve problems confidently during busy shifts
- Commitment to great guest experiences, BK standards, and learning new responsibilities
