Job Summary
Lead Team Members during assigned shifts to deliver a smooth operation, coach in-the-moment, and ensure food quality, service speed, cleanliness, and safety standards. Direct shift execution, uphold BK standards, manage workflow, and step in wherever needed under supervision of the RGM and AM. Drive guest experiences by guiding the team to provide accurate, fast, friendly service in a clean environment; coach and motivate crew through feedback and development; support profitability through cash control, inventory management, and truck-order receiving. This entry-level leadership role emphasizes strong communication, problem-solving, and leading by example, with opportunities for growth into Hourly Shift Coordinator and beyond. At least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or GED preferred and experience in fast-paced environments is desired.
Required Qualifications
