Lead shift operations by guiding a BK team to deliver accurate, fast, friendly service in a clean environment; coach and motivate crew, provide feedback, and maintain energy during shifts; execute the shift plan under supervision of the RGM/AM; support profitability through cash control, inventory management, and truck orders; entry-level leadership opportunity with growth potential in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Experience in restaurants, retail, or another fast-paced environment
