Job Summary
Lead Team Members during assigned shifts to deliver accurate, fast, and friendly service while maintaining food quality, cleanliness, and safety. Coach and motivate the crew, execute the shift plan, uphold BK standards, direct workflow, and step in wherever needed under the supervision of the RGM and AM. Contribute to profitability through cash control, inventory management, and truck-order reception. This entry-level leadership role emphasizes developing people skills, decision-making, and leadership capabilities in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age 18
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Experience in restaurants, retail, or another fast-paced environment
- A people-first attitude with strong communication skills
- Ability to motivate others and solve problems during busy shifts
