Job Summary
Lead shift operations and coach a team of Team Members at Burger King in Yorkshire, NY to deliver accurate, fast, friendly service in a clean environment. Oversee shift execution under the direction of the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager, uphold BK standards, guide workflow, and step in where needed while supporting profitability through cash control, inventory management, and truck orders. Focus on delivering an exceptional guest experience, ensuring food quality, service speed, cleanliness, and safety, and motivating the crew through feedback and development opportunities as part of an entry-level leadership pathway.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Experience in restaurants, retail, or another fast-paced environment

- Ability to motivate others and solve problems confidently during busy shifts
