Job Summary
Lead hourly shifts as Shift Manager at Burger King, directing Team Members to deliver accurate, fast, friendly service in a clean environment. Coach and motivate the crew, execute the shift plan, uphold BK standards, direct workflow, and step in wherever needed. Support profitability through cash-control procedures, inventory management, and truck-order receipt. Requires 18+ years old, with a preference for a High School Diploma or GED, and experience in fast-paced settings; strong communication and leadership potential to grow into higher roles. Required Qualifications
