Job Summary
Lead Hourly Shift Coordinators to set the tone for each shift, guiding a team to deliver accurate, fast, and friendly service in a clean environment. Coach and motivate the crew, provide in-the-m moment feedback, and uphold BK standards while directing workflow and managing shift execution. Ensure guest experiences, safety, quality, and profitability through cash controls, inventory management, and orderly receipt of truck orders. This entry-level leadership role is designed to develop strong supervisory skills in a fast-paced Burger King setting, with opportunities to grow into higher-level coordinator positions.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Experience in restaurants, retail, or another fast-paced environment
- A people-first attitude with strong communication skills
- Ability to motivate others and solve problems confidently during busy shifts
- Commitment to great guest experiences, BK standards, and learning new responsibilities
