Job Summary
Lead hourly team during assigned shifts to deliver accurate, fast, and friendly service while maintaining a clean, safe environment. Coach and motivate the crew, execute the shift plan, uphold BK standards, direct workflow, and step in where needed. Support profitability through cash control, inventory management, and truck orders. Build guest experiences through strong communication, attention to detail, and leadership by example.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Experience in restaurants, retail, or another fast-paced environment
- A people-first attitude with strong communication skills
- Ability to motivate others and solve problems confidently during busy shifts
- Commitment to great guest experiences, BK standards, and learning new responsibilities
