Job Summary
Lead shift operations and supervise Team Members during assigned shifts to ensure food quality, service speed, cleanliness, and safety. Coach and motivate the crew, execute the shift plan, uphold BK standards, direct workflow, and step in wherever needed. Support profitability through cash-control procedures, inventory management, and receiving truck orders. Requires strong communication, dependability, decision-making, and a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Experience in restaurants, retail, or another fast-paced environment
- A people-first attitude with strong communication skills
- Ability to motivate others and solve problems confidently during busy shifts
- Commitment to great guest experiences, BK standards, and learning new responsibilities
