Job Summary
Lead Team Members during assigned shifts to deliver accurate, fast, and friendly service while maintaining food quality, cleanliness, and safety. Coach and motivate staff, execute shift plans, uphold BK standards, manage workflow, and assist with inventory and truck orders. This entry-level leadership role involves guiding the team, ensuring smooth shift execution, and driving results under supervision, with opportunities to grow into higher leadership positions. Requires 18+ and a preference for a High School Diploma or GED; experience in fast-paced settings and strong communication skills are valued.
Required Qualifications
