Shift Manager - Nightshift

Shift Manager (Nightshift) responsible for leading and developing the nightshift team through coaching, implementing continuous improvement, and overseeing resource allocation, inventory, and maintenance to ensure efficient overnight operations. Accountable for recruitment/headcount, responding to changing demand, and ensuring compliance with legal and safety standards while delivering KPI performance and cost efficiency. Requires leadership experience managing teams within a unionised environment and a track record in multi-drop/final mile delivery operations, with a focus on driving a first-class service and motivating colleagues at all levels.
