Shift Manager

Shift Manager oversees store operations to maximize sales and profitability through merchandising, inventory, expense control, human resources management, and managing operating costs and shrinkage. Drives store sales by ensuring customers are acknowledged and their needs met, and concerns resolved quickly. Assists in managing total store operations, ensures quick friendly service at the front end, builds and fills displays, maintains backroom organization, handles associate and customer issues, and enforces safety policies. Supervises 3-4 associates, directs work, and ensures compliance with company policies and applicable laws. Requires a high school diploma or GED and knowledge of hardware products; basic math skills; ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedure manuals; strong leadership and customer-focused mindset.
