Job Summary
Shift Manager will supervise and coordinate staff across front-of-house and back-of-house during assigned shifts, ensure compliance with policies to maintain a safe, welcoming environment, train and mentor team members to uphold service standards and guest experiences, manage inventory including ordering and receiving supplies, handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally, monitor performance metrics like sales and labor costs to optimize efficiency and profitability, and maintain a professional appearance in a high-volume, fast-paced casino beverage environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be able to obtain a Gaming license
- Must be able to obtain an ABLE license
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality, beverage, or food service industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times by adhering to the establishment's dress code standards, ensuring a polished and professional image is presented to guests
