Job Summary
Cascading training to Sandwich Artists on existing and new responsibilities, scheduling and supervising staff, practicing inventory control standards, and ensuring equipment operates properly during the shift. Maintain restaurant functionality by keeping spaces clean, beautiful, and stocked while controlling inventory and preparing great food for guests. Complete necessary paperwork and operate the Point of Sale system, requiring the ability to bend, stand, and walk the entire workday with lifting capabilities up to 30 pounds occasionally. This Full Time or Part Time role offers brand partnership discounts, scholarship opportunities, and university course credits for qualified candidates with a high school diploma and at least one year of restaurant experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a restaurant environment
- Communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed
- Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register
- Ability to bend, stand and walk the entire workday
- Ability to lift 10 pounds frequently
- Ability to lift 30 pounds occasionally
- Full Time/Part Time and Day/Evening/Weekend Shift availability
