Job Summary
As a Shift Manager at Subway, lead a team to provide excellent guest experience, ensure food is prepared and served to standards, keep the restaurant clean and functional, manage inventory, schedule and supervise staff, and collaborate as a team. Responsible for cascading training to Sandwich Artists on existing and new responsibilities, supervising staff, practicing inventory control, ensuring equipment is in proper working order during shift, and completing paperwork as needed. This role sits within the Subway Team with access to brand partner discounts, scholarship opportunities, potential university course credits, and hands-on career experience in the restaurant business.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of experience in a restaurant environment
