Job Summary
Cascading training to Sandwich Artists on existing and new responsibilities, schedule and supervise staff, practice inventory control standards, and ensure equipment operates properly during the shift. Provide an excellent guest experience by ensuring great food is prepared and served, while keeping restaurants functional, clean, and beautiful. Complete necessary paperwork and maintain high communication and organizational skills throughout the day. This full-time or part-time role requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday with the ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a restaurant environment
- Communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed
- Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register
- Ability to bend, stand and walk the entire workday
- Ability to lift 10 pounds frequently
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally
- Full Time/Part Time and Day/Evening/Weekend Shift positions vary by location
