Shift Manager

Shift Manager at Subway® focuses on delivering an excellent guest experience, ensuring food is prepared and served to standards, maintaining a clean and functional restaurant, controlling inventory, scheduling and supervising staff, and training Sandwich Artists on current responsibilities. Responsibilities include cascading training, scheduling and supervising staff, inventory control, ensuring equipment is in proper working order during shifts, and completing paperwork as needed. The role requires communication and organizational skills, the ability to operate the POS system, and physical ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 pounds. Full-time and part-time day/evening/weekend shifts vary by location.
