Job Summary
Cascading training to Sandwich Artists on existing and new responsibilities while scheduling and supervising staff. Practice inventory control standards, ensure equipment is in proper working order during shift, and complete paperwork as needed. Provide an excellent guest experience, ensure great food is prepared and served, and keep restaurants functional, clean, and beautiful. This full-time or part-time role requires high school diploma or equivalent, one year of restaurant experience, and ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally. You will receive training on your roles and responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a restaurant environment
- Communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed
- Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register
- Ability to bend, stand and walk the entire workday
- Ability to lift 10 pounds frequently
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally
- Full Time/Part Time and Day/Evening/Weekend Shift availability
