Job Summary
Cascading training to Sandwich Artists on existing and new responsibilities, schedule and supervise staff, practice inventory control standards, and ensure equipment is in proper working order during shift. Provide an excellent guest experience, ensure great food is prepared and served, keep restaurants functional, clean, and beautiful, and control inventory. Complete paperwork as needed while operating the computerized Point of Sale system. This full-time or part-time role requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday with the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and 30 pounds occasionally. Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least one year of restaurant experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a restaurant environment
- Communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed
- Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register
- Ability to bend, stand and walk the entire workday
- Ability to lift 10 pounds frequently
- Ability to lift 30 pounds occasionally
