Shift Manager

Manage restaurant operations by providing an excellent guest experience, ensuring great food is prepared and served, and keeping the facility functional, clean, and beautiful. Control inventory, schedule and supervise staff, and cascade training to Sandwich Artists on existing and new responsibilities. Maintain equipment in proper working order, complete necessary paperwork, and operate the Point of Sale system while meeting physical demands for standing, walking, and lifting throughout the shift. Requires a high school diploma, one year of restaurant experience, and strong communication skills. Full-time or part-time day, evening, and weekend shifts vary by location.
