Job Summary
Cascading training to Sandwich Artists on existing and new responsibilities, schedule and supervise staff, practice inventory control standards, and ensure equipment is in proper working order during shift. Provide an excellent guest experience, ensure great food is prepared and served, keep restaurants functional, clean, and beautiful, and complete paperwork as needed. Requires high school diploma, minimum one year of restaurant experience, ability to work any area of the restaurant, operate the Point of Sale system, and lift up to 30 pounds occasionally. Full-time or part-time day, evening, and weekend shift positions vary by location.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a restaurant environment
- Communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed
- Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register
- Ability to bend, stand and walk the entire workday
- Ability to lift 10 pounds frequently
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally
- Full Time/Part Time and Day/Evening/Weekend Shift availability
