Job Summary
Cascading training to Sandwich Artists on existing and new responsibilities while scheduling and supervising staff. Practice inventory control standards, ensure equipment operates properly during the shift, and complete necessary paperwork. Maintain restaurant functionality, cleanliness, and guest experience by overseeing food preparation and service. Operate the Point of Sale system, perform physical duties including lifting up to 30 pounds, and work any area of the restaurant as needed. Full-time or part-time positions with day, evening, or weekend shifts vary by location.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a restaurant environment
- Communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed
- Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register
- Ability to bend, stand and walk the entire workday
- Ability to lift 10 pounds frequently
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally
- Full Time/Part Time and Day/Evening/Weekend Shift availability
