Job Summary
Shift Manager for Subway responsible for delivering an excellent guest experience, ensuring food is prepared and served to standard, maintaining a clean and functional restaurant environment, controlling inventory, and scheduling and supervising staff. Includes cascading training to Sandwich Artists on existing and new responsibilities, supervising staff, inventory control, equipment upkeep during shifts, and completing paperwork as needed. Role requires strong communication and organizational skills and the ability to operate a POS system; physical ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a restaurant environment.
