Job Summary
Supervise and lead team members during shifts, providing direction and support while overseeing daily operations to ensure compliance with company policies. Monitor food quality, presentation, and safety standards, enforce health and safety regulations, and conduct regular inspections of the restaurant. Assist in training staff, manage employee schedules for peak hours coverage, and prepare cash registers to ensure accurate reporting. Address customer inquiries and complaints effectively while assisting in managing labor costs and inventory. Requires high school diploma, food service experience, and proficiency in POS systems. Flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
