Job Summary
Shift Manager at a Domino's Pizza location in the Spokane area is responsible for providing managerial support to the General Manager, assisting in running operating standards, managing cash deposits, supervising staff, interviewing and onboarding new team members, preparing and packaging food, and ensuring inventory and cleanliness in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment. The role requires strong customer service, leadership, and problem-solving skills; the team may work outdoors in varied conditions, and duties include pizza preparation, deposits, and paperwork when the GM is unavailable. Pay ranges from $17.13 to $20.13 per hour with additional bonuses based on store performance, plus benefits for full-time employees; potential for advancement to Assistant Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
