Job Summary
Shift Manager in a metal manufacturer overseeing experienced technicians, craftsmen, and project planners to repair and maintain mechanical and/or electrical equipment to maximize operating efficiencies and improve reliability; supervises, directs, and coordinates efforts of technicians and maintenance staff; requires 3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or industrial settings and Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance experience; rotating shifts including extended workdays and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience supervising crews in manufacturing or industrial environment
- Electrical Maintenance OR Mechanical Maintenance specific experience required
- Must be willing and able to work rotating shifts, which will include extended workdays and weekends
