Shift Manager

Lead shifts weekly by planning operations, monitoring performance, and ensuring the team meets McDonald's standards for quality, service, cleanliness, and safety. Manage crew, handle inventory, maintain daily cleanliness, and communicate with the next manager to prepare for seamless handoffs. Monitor targets, support department goals, and deliver exceptional customer service while upholding food safety and security protocols.
