Shift Manager

Lead shifts weekly by planning operations, monitoring performance, and ensuring the team meets McDonald's standards for quality, service, and cleanliness. Manage crew, oversee safety and security, track profitability, and communicate with the next manager to prepare for seamless handoffs. Handle food safety, inventory, daily maintenance, and customer service while driving department goals and shift targets.
